Manage Comics F.A.Q.

Here's some common questions we have about Manage Comics and Comics Subscriptions at the store in general. If you don't see your question answered here please feel free to send your questions to us at Contact@LevelUpEntertainment.com!

When you add a comic on Manage Comics (through our website ShopLevelUp.com) you get signed up for the next comic in that series that has an open order date. Level Up needs to order it comics 1-2 months ahead of time for us to be guaranteed copies of the comic. The last date we can order a comic with a guarantee we will get it is called the Final Order Cutoff or FOC for short. So if you put a comic on after it's FOC you'll have the next issue in the series added to your list.

Manage Comics actually shows you the order cutoff on the item page. You can see it in the above picture next to the yellow arrow. If you were to put Action Comics on your list after this date then the next issue would instead be put onto your list. This is also visible under the "My Subscription" section of Manage Comics where you can see all the comics your subscribed to.

As you can see above, I subscribed to Action Comics but my first pull won't be issue #1052 but instead will be #1053. The title will also appear in green as it has above to indicate it's new and you haven't received your fist issue yet. (This also works in reverse, if you take a comic off your subscription but we've already ordered it for you it will still appear on your list as red text until that last issue comes in, after that it will be removed from your list fully).

So there are a few possible issues here. First we recommend you check your spam folder as we have that happen commonly. Secondly we ask that you wait a day, sometimes the comic get delayed by a day and we don't send the invoices until they come in if it's a delay of less than 24 hours. Lastly we ask that you reach out and let us know there is problem, sometimes there are just issues in the back end getting an email out. If you email us we'll try and get the problem resolved ASAP for you, although please be aware we only have the ability to solve these issues during store hours.

So no matter whether you get invoices for your comics or you pick them up, all of our comic subscribers get a weekly email letting them know what new items went into their box. As a mailing customer you will still get this email but you will also get the invoice as well, it's just a quirk of the system.
